Single Girder Eot Crane

Features

1. There're three heat treatment methods according to different requirements: the first is through hardening & tempering, wheel surface hardness HB300-380, mainly used for standard crane products.

2. The second is surface medium frequency quenching & termpering, wheel surface hardness HB300-380 or HRC50-56, mainly used for products which with low wheel center hardness & high wheel surface surhardness requirements and unsuited whole heat treatment.

3. The last one is through hardening & tempering, wheel surface hardness up to HRC50-56, wheel surface hardness decay with depth due to the differences of raw materials, forged alloy steel wheels' the depth of hardening layer up to 15mm and thus low hardness attenuation, mainly used for port crane,bucket-wheel excavator, bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer and other heavy load products.

Crane Rope Drum

Features

In DGCRANE, there are mainly two type rope: Casting iron rope drum, Steel plate rope drum. (Some times, for the small diameter drum, we use the seamless steel tube). Generally speaking, the casting iron has self-lubrication property and is more comfortable for the wire rope. While, the plate rope drum is more suitable for big diameter rope drum. For big diameter drum, casting forming is more complex and the big weight is also another problem.

Which type is more suitabe for your depends on your working situation. Of course, our engineers is always ready for you when you encounted with this question. In export, due to the different specification, a custom design rope drum is the most common thing. Now, this is the production capability that we can offer.

Electric Wire Rope Hoists

There are two typical types:

Single speed hoist has an normal speed 8 m/min. At 8 m/min you can do most of the common material handling jobs.

Double speed hoist has two separately speeds: 8 m/min and 0.8 m/min. At 0.8 m/min, you can hoisting the fragile objects slowly and do some precise work like mounding sand-cast mold in foundry factory and mounting the tooling in machining.
